Breezy is a web-responsive management app that can help you stay organized and on top of things.

Background

Breezy is the ultimate user-friendly task manager app, designed to simplify and organize every aspect of your life.

  • Effortlessly manage tasks, collaborate on projects, and stay on top of your daily habits—all in one intuitive platform. Whether it’s assigning tasks, tracking deadlines, or organizing your day, this app ensures that everything is smooth and streamlined.

Process

Research & Planning

  • Conducted comprehensive research on major project management platforms like Trello and Asana.

  • I gathered user reviews from the App Store and Google Play Store, using AI to compile extensive user preferences and challenges data.

  • I decided to implement a user survey to better understand our potential users. Based on my analysis, I developed user personas and identified the target demographic for our management tool.

  • Creating these personas was very interesting, as it involved considering two user groups: regular management app users and occasional users who mainly use mobile or tablet devices.

  • This offered a great chance to understand different user segments and see how each interacts with the same product.

Design & Prototyping

  • I worked closely with the product owner and developer to create user-friendly interfaces and interactive mockups.

  • I continually refined the designs based on user feedback to enhance functionality and visual appeal.

Implementation

  • I used flexible, agile strategies to build the scheduling application from the ground up.

  • Enhancements were made based on user suggestions and technical feasibility.

Testing & Optimization

  • I conducted a thorough assessment of various devices and systems to ensure compatibility and efficiency.

  • User feedback from usability testing was collected and used to progressively improve the application, focusing on usability indicators and user satisfaction.

Learnings
